3Dctrl is a powerful 3D content engine that creates, automates and scales photorealistic imagery andvideo for digital commerce. 3Dctrl helps brands adopt an entirely virtual production workflow that is more dynamic, efficient and scalable than traditional photography and video production.
Between 2019 and 2024 I’ve held the position of Lead developer, in charge of the Unity3D aspects of our stack. The app consists of a web front end which communicates with a canvas element containing a WebGL unity instance. Renders are achieved by packaging up scene data and transmitting it to a standalone instance running on a server which would handle the offline rendering of user scenes.
